Background
Mondana Rezania is a senior architect with 28 years of practical experience in private and public sectors, and proven record of designing and managing projects of diverse type, scope and complexity in New York Metropolitan area. She has experience in new construction, addition, alteration, gut renovation, structural engineering, construction drawings, detailing, writing specification, contract documents, bid process, construction inspection, feasibility study, space planning, site planning, ADA compliance, and facility assessment.
Mrs. Rezania established an independent practice in 2001 with the intent to uphold excellence in architectural design, project management, construction documents, and client relationship. Today she works in a studio environment where new ideas are welcomed and the highest level of importance is placed upon technical proficiency and professionalism. She believes that a dynamic office culture can be the catalyst for the production of forward thinking work.
Prior to 2001, Ms Rezania worked as a project architect /manager in a number of architectural firms, non-for-profit organizations, New York City Child Care Agency, Stony Brook University and the New York City School Construction Authority.
She has strong background in NY State Codes, NY City Codes, NYC Zoning Resolution and NYC Building Department Expediting; she has obtained approvals from Architectural Review Boards, Planning Boards, Zoning Board of Appeals, Health Departments, DOT, and Building Departments in NYC and NY State.

Budgie Vision

Steve Budgie Werner is the owner of Budgie Vision. A company which specializes in design and custom integration of home theater, distributed audio,video and remote control programming.

Steve was born in the Bronx and grew up in New Rochelle, NY .Steve is a graduate of DeVry Technical Institute in Woodbridge New Jersey. Steve has been married for 27 years to his wife Marlene and has two children ,Keith 23 and Lauren 15. He currently resides in White Plains. Steve is an avid NY Rangers ,NY Jets and NY Mets fan. He also loves riding one of his two Harley Davidson motorcycles when not working.

Upon graduating school he embarked on a prolonged and successful musical career as a professional drummer. Budgie has recorded and toured the world with Ace Frehley (KISS),Leslie West (Mountain),Duff Mckagen (Guns and Roses), Black Lace, Tang and Richie Scarlet to name a few. Budgie is currently finishing a CD with Three For All- an original rock, funk ,blues project.

Budgie has designed, installed and owned commercial and private Recording studios .He has mixed live bands, as well as installed live sound reinforcement for clubs, houses of worship and theaters.

Budgie Vision is dedicated to making our clients dreams a reality.This can only happen with great communication and design of a system. There are so many options open to consumers in the A/V field. Steve has over fifteen years experience in the home theater industry and has finished projects for actors Susan Sarandon, Alan Rickman, musician Neil Sedaka and Revlon CEO Ron Perelman Its our responsibility to educate and make clients aware of these choices. We can also upgrade older audio or video systems to the latest state of the art technology. .Budgie says “audio can be very subjective to the listener and room it is installed in”. It is our goal to meet and exceed every client’s expectation.
